[Crypto] The rule of cryptocurrency game

I’ve just learned and found information about Cryptocurrency recently.

As I thought, cryptocurrency is also a game on that the “players” (~ the investors) want to gain more and more money from the market and their transactions. But this “game” is absolutely different with others investment methods like stocks, forex, commodities…

I think first of all, I need to know the rule of Cryptocurrency game, then, understanding how it runs. In combination with experience, information… I can gain. Every game has its own rule and if we don’t know it, we definitely cannot play.

Regarding to Cryptocurrency game, I think there are some rules as hereinafter. If you know any other rule or better way to join this ecosystem, please leave the comment.

1. On blockchain, the money moves from the loser to the winner. It is not the process on that more value is added and all the investors can gain together. On cryptocurrency, there has losers and winners at the same time.

2. I need to allow the opportunity cost when deciding to invest on one coin or others. Because with the current information, I hope this coin’s price will increase but it is not right. I cannot regret about the chance I lost. Just find more information and chance to play.

3. Again, this is not a game between the organization who issue the coin with the investors. It is a game between many players. On this game, the winners will take money from the losers based on many factors.

4. I divided my source into 2 portfolios, one is for short-term investment and one is for long-term investment. Each portfolio has different strategy to invest and choose coin.

5. I need to analyze my advantages and disadvantages continuously.

Following that, I can choose the most suitable plan for my investment. I’m on the way to find the best way for me. Hope you can.
