Do you feel tired when uncertainties come? I get stressed out sometimes because of work, children, relationships, and so on. I think you also have a bad time in your daily life, but trust me, you’re not alone. There are many people like you out there. With the bustle of daily life, it’s tough to find motivation in the little things around you. However, there is good news: there are many simple ways to relieve stress and get back to feeling like yourself again.

Stress is a natural response of our body and mind to any situation that threatens us. It’s our body’s way of telling us we need to protect ourselves in some ways. When stress is under control, it can have a positive impact on our lives, such as improving our work or study results. However, if stress becomes chronic, it can have a negative effect on our mental and physical health. That’s the reason we need to control this unpleasant emotion.

For me, the best way to release stress is through physical workouts such as yoga, cardio, walking, swimming, or any exercise on YouTube video. When exercising, our bodies release endorphins, which are natural mood boosters. Sometime, after doing a workout, my body is so tired then I will go to sleep earlier to “recharge” myself.

Another method that has recently become popular is mindfulness. That might combines with the meditation method and is all about being present in the moment right now. It can be as simple as taking a few deep breaths, meditating or journaling. When being mindfulness, you can have more aware of your stress level and find the best way to solve the issue.

If you are a person who has many negative thoughts, just change them right now because stress and negative self-talk have a significant impact on our stress level. In reality, those who live positively tend to live longer and be happier than people who are negative. Through many studies, it has been shown that a positive daily lifestyle will help us release stress and find motivation by ourselves. By focusing on the good things in our lives, we can shift out perspective and explore joy in even the most challenging moments.

I used to seek help from others, such as my family and relationships, but I eventually realized that if I cannot help myself, no one else can. Thus, self-care and studying continuously are the best ways for me. I take care of myself by spending time doing whatever I like every day, maybe it’s only 15-30 minutes. But it makes me feel absolutely better.

Actually, there are many ways and therapies that are suitable for each person. An important thing is finding the best therapy and lifestyle, that need to discover by yourself. So, if you are stress, take a deep breath and try one of above techniques. This year, I will spend time on writing more about making money online, review what I experienced, I will share my understanding of aromatherapy and studying languages.
