I’m a newbie and I’m interested in Airdrop. This paragraph is something that I learnt and collected information about cryptocurrency airdrop. Hope it will be useful and I’m willing to learn more and exchange knowledge.
1. WHAT IS CRYPTOCURRENCY AIRDROP?
– This is marketing campaign that belongs to the start up in the cryptocurrency space.
– It relates to the bitcoins or tokens related to its environment.
– Provide awareness of users with the new product when it is launched.
2. ADVANTAGES
– Changes of the startups to reach the market when it prepares to launch on blockchain space.
– Good airdrop campaign can attract more users with lots of knowledge about the product on social channels like Twitter, Facebook, Youtube and others.
– Users don’t need to pay any fee to join the airdrop campaign. The only thing that users needed to do is completing some small tasks and refer it to their relations.
3. DISADVANTAGES
– Selloff. When you have a chance to purchase the tokens, nothing can guarantee that the price will increase when the startup launches.
– Scammers. Due to the Internet environment, many scammers can join the campaign that make the fake news and fake numbers.
Actually, for me, as a beginner, I think cryptocurrency airdrop is an interesting “game”. I don’t need to spend much time and I can join many community. Following that, I can find more information that is useful for my investment way. First time I “played”, I didn’t know how to do it efficiently, then, I could find more information on the Internet. Then, I had some chance to purchase the token.
As my experience, analyzing about the company, the startup is an important step that make the investment successfully. Day by day, I have more information, more experience. I cannot guarantee that every chance of investment will bring money back to me. However, until now, it is still an interesting game to play everyday.
